Luminus seeks members interested in joining the board of directors

We are currently seeking applications from members for nomination to the Luminus Financial Board of Directors. There are currently three (3) positions to be filled, each for a three year term. All applications must be received no later than 5:00 pm Friday, February 28, 2020.

To assist those Members who are interested in considering candidacy, the Board appoints a Nominating Committee each year. The Committee’s primary role is to ensure Members are fully informed of the nomination process and the election process, as well as to consider the qualifications of Candidates in order to ensure the highest quality board composition and to meet any gaps as identified by the Board in their analysis of the Board’s skills, knowledge and experience.

This year the Nominating Committee has been tasked with seeking to select nominees who not only are the best qualified and meet the required criteria but who also possess specific skills and experience in the following areas: Financial Statements, Marketing, and Strategic Planning.
