2020 Luminus Board Election - UPDATE

For this year's Annual General Meeting on June 25th, we are giving member-owners a chance to vote online for the Board of Directors election. Online voting will occur using Simply Voting, beginning at 9:00 AM on June 8th until 5:00 PM June 19th. The results of the election will be announced at the AGM on June 25th.

There are three (3) Board of Director positions to be filled, each for a three-year term. Four nominees have been selected for the open positions on the board:
