Everyday Banking During Reduced Public Interactions
Banking Options During Public Health Notice
There have been many notices circulating about how to lessen the chances of the spread of COVID-19. We know that many of our member-owners will have concerns about public interaction and visiting our branches. We understand that some of the information in the news and social media can be overwhelming, and it is not our intent to perpetuate more fear. To protect the health of our member-owners and our team, we will be extra vigilant with keeping the branches clean. At the moment, our doors are still open.
We ask that any member-owners visiting the branches do so only if they are feeling healthy. If you are feeling any flu-like symptoms, please stay at home. We must self isolate to manage the spread of symptoms.
We do want to remind you that you can access your banking by phone or online without visiting the branches, and we're happy to help in any way we can. There’s also a free-network of ATMs at your disposal which are completely free to use for cash withdrawals and cheque deposits. Find out more about the network here. We recommend being extra vigilant and using hand sanitizer or washing your hands after using any ATM.
The most accessible and convenient options available are banking online and on your smartphone. You can make transfers by email, pay bills, order cheques, purchase a term deposit, transfer money between financial institutions, and generally move your money around in a secure environment.
