
Important Alert for Hydro One Customers
Hydro One has recently updated their guidelines for bill payments through online banking, requiring all customers to use a 12-digit account number when paying online. Any customers using a 10-digit account number will no longer be able to make a Hydro One payment.
In order to prevent failed or lost payments, Luminus has removed Hydro One as a payee for all affected Member-Owners.
To restore payments to Hydro One, you will simply need to re-add them as a payee using your 12-digit account number as shown on your bill.

How To restore payments to Hydro One
- Under the LOGIN TO ONLINE BANKING, select your branch, enter your Member Number, and enter your Personal Access Code (PAC).
- Click on LOGIN.
- Click on the PAYMENTS tab on the left.
- Select the ACCOUNT you want to pay from and select the bills you wish to pay.
- Enter your 12-digit Hydro One account number and select ADD PAYEE.
